Born in the Jura Mountains of France, Bertrand is one of the few Europeans to hold full university degrees in both Osteopathy and Chinese Medicine. With over 25 years of clinical experience, he specialises in the treatment of physical trauma (such as concussions, traffic accidents, and post-surgical pain) as well as emotional suffering (including grief, burnout, and bereavement), integrating East Asian psychosomatics with modern psychotherapeutic models. Osteopathy and acupuncture form the foundation of his deeply integrative practice. Since 2018, Bertrand has led the Chinese Medicine department at CFPCO in Paris—Europe’s largest postgraduate center for physical therapists—and has taught at both pre- and postgraduate levels for more than 20 years.
