Jono is a highly experienced Ayurvedic practitioner with over 20 years in complementary medicine. He trained extensively in London, South India, and Sri Lanka within the Siddhaved lineage – an unbroken tradition dating back to the time of the Buddha.

Jono works holistically with the body, mind and emotions to release blockages and restore vitality. His expertise includes Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle, herbal medicine, detoxification and hands-on treatments. He also integrates Shadow Work to support deeper healing and personal growth. A long-time therapist at triyoga since 2008, Jono is delighted to return ‘home’ and continue guiding clients toward balance and wellbeing.
