Joyce has over 25 years of experience working with the body and has been practising therapeutic massage since 2003. She is a Level 2 Spinal Energetics Practitioner and brings a deep understanding of the body and its physical and subtle patterns of tension to her work.

She offers Spinal Energetics, a gentle yet powerful approach that supports nervous system regulation, release of tension and greater ease within the body.

Joyce’s therapeutic massage work is informed by her training in soft tissue therapy and deep tissue techniques, supporting the release of muscular tension, stress-related holding patterns and physical strain, and helping the body move with greater ease and comfort.

She also offers combined treatments integrating Spinal Energetics and massage, working across both physical and subtle patterns of tension. Sessions are responsive and tailored, meeting each person where they are on the day. They can support those experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, disconnection from themselves or physical strain, with the intention of restoring balance, mobility and ease.
