Lucidia has practised since 1993. She has worked at triyoga London for 22 years and at Osmosis in California. Her extensive training includes Myofascial Technique, Deep Tissue, Yogassage, Reiki, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Thai, Swedish, Chinese Medicine, Pregnancy Massage, Core Bodywork and Japanese Zen Shiatsu. She co-taught Shiatsu workshops with master Ryuho Yamada across California and taught at the Meridian Institute in Los Angeles. She recently completed a foundation year at the Psychosynthesis Trust and certified with ICEERS as a Psychedelic Integration Coach. Lucidia is also a trained doula and the mother of two young adults.
