ABOUT SARA
Sara is a Naturopathic Nutritionist and Clinical Aromatherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in women’s health and natural wellbeing. She specialises in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, menopause and skin health. Her multidisciplinary approach blends naturopathy, aromatherapy and sound healing for deeply personalised care. Sara previously worked at Dr Yehudi Gordon’s Viveka clinic alongside renowned holistic and medical professionals. Her extensive training includes Active Birth, infant massage, Kundalini yoga and sculptural face lifting. As a clinical aromatherapist, she formulates organic oils sourced from specialist distilleries. Sara also creates healing sound immersions with her husband, sound practitioner Leo Cosendai.
