Welcome to HOME WELLNESS

WITH BRIDGET WOODS-KRAMER

A slow restorative flow practice to mark the changing season. Samhain is both the ending and the beginning of the Celtic year: the summer’s end and the winter’s beginning.

A time to slow down and return to the dark.

A time for inner exploration.

A time to contact your deep soul wisdom and honour this important cycle of the year.

A time to connect to your root energy and for internalising the creative life force.

Samhain brings a mystical energy that we can use to explore and understand ourselves better.

What to expect
A slow restorative flow practice with mudras, storytelling, breathwork, meditation and a restful Yoga Nidra.

Open to all.
