WITH SADIE FROST, ZOE GRACE & KATY RICHFIELD
An Afternoon of Yoga, Art Therapy, a Panel Talk & Optional Lunch
The afternoon includes:
An hour-long yoga session led by actor and director Sadie Frost, designed to promote mindfulness, balance and wellbeing.
A live art therapy session by artist Zoe Grace, inspired by healing through art, the session will explore subconscious thoughts expressed through making art.
An insightful panel discussion hosted by art curator Katy Richfield alongside Sadie and Zoe, exploring the relationship between their wellbeing and the inspiration behind their artistic practice.
An optional late lunch of a delicious bowl of dal with sourdough toast, followed by a homemade bake, will be served at the HOME Café after the session offering guests the opportunity to connect with new friends and meet a like-minded creative community.
All art materials as well as yoga mats and props will be provided.
Everyone is welcome – no previous experience necessary.

Actor and Director Sadie Frost devoted yoga guide, whose journey into the realms of Jivamukti, Kundalini, and Yin began in her teenage years

Zoe Grace is a certified and registered art psychotherapist, counsellor and lifecoach. Through creative practices such as painting, clay work and movement-based art therapy, she gently guides participants to explore and understand their emotions, uncover blocks and release what may be holding them back – supporting clarity, growth and self-awareness. With many years of combined experience in wellness and recovery, Sadie and Zoe bring a thoughtful, integrated approach to cultivating peace and resilience. Zoe’s workshops provide a supportive space to reconnect, reset and realign, helping you feel lighter, more grounded and more focused. ABOUT KATY RICHFIELD
Katy Richfield is an internationally recognised Art Curator with over 25
years of experience working across leading museums, international exhibitions, galleries, and private collections worldwide. She currently curates exhibitions for the Women in Art Prize and has contributed to major international exhibitions including the Musée Picasso and Moco Museums in London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona, as well as this year’s Venice Biennale with Dale Chihuly. Renowned for her innovative curatorial vision, Katy collaborates with internationally acclaimed artists and musicians such as Robbie Williams, Beth Ditto, Adam Lambert, Christine and The Queens, Olly Alexander and many more to create immersive visual, musical, and wellness-focused exhibitions. Through these interdisciplinary projects, she brings art to life in new and imaginative ways, developing entirely original curatorial concepts that expand the boundaries of contemporary exhibition-making.
