Annabel Chown
Annabel Chown discovered yoga two decades ago as an overworked young architect. She will never forget how calm, spacious and vibrant she felt after that first class – feelings she now aspires to offer her students. Annabel teaches a slow-paced flow with clear alignment cues, aiming to bring you back home to your centre. Her architect’s love of creativity, precision and structure infuses her classes. Annabel has been teaching since 2008 and is inspired by many wonderful teachers including Anna Ashby, Bridget Woods-Kramer, and especially Sianna Sherman and the late meditation teacher, Sally Kempton.
