Account Creation

You warrant that:

• The Personal Data which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and
• You will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Data by updating these details on your online account.
• You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

Pricing

Information displayed on the website related to pricing and service availability is subject to change by HOME without notice.

Online Bookings

• Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance.
• We recommend that you sign into online classes a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the class start time.

Payment

• If the booking is paid by debit or credit card, you authorise HOME to debit the card provided by you without notice to you. Authorised debits include, but are not limited to, all late cancelled or missed classes fines under the relevant memberships.
• We are cashless in all our centres to make the check-in process quicker and easier for you. When paying you can use any major credit or debit card. You can also save your card to your account and pay online.

Memberships & Packs

Monthly Memberships

• All memberships, other than Annual Unlimited memberships, are rolling monthly contracts with a minimum term of three months.
• Memberships activate from the date of purchase and will automatically renew on the same date each month thereafter.
• Memberships are valid for use by the named membership holder only.
• Memberships are not eligible for refund or transfer.

Membership Freeze Policy

• Membership freeze requests must be made in writing by emailing [email protected] at least 7 days before the requested freeze start date.
• Memberships can only be frozen if you are away for a minimum period of 2 weeks.
• Freeze requests are subject to approval by HOME.
• Freeze requests for medical reasons may exceed the periods above at the discretion of HOME.

Membership Cancellation Policy

• To cancel a monthly membership, we require one full month’s notice in writing by emailing [email protected].
• Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your next full payment period.
• For example, if your monthly payment date is the 15th of each month and you contact us in writing to cancel on the 20th, one further payment will be taken on the 15th of the following month. Your membership will then end at the close of that payment period.

Class Pack Expiries from the Date of First Visit

• 5 class pack — 2 months.
• 10 class pack — 3 months.
• 20 class pack — 5 months.
• 30 class pack — 5 months.
• If not used, packs expire 12 months from date of purchase.

Cancellation and Late-Show Policies

Classes

• If you are booked into a class but can no longer attend, you must cancel the class. To cancel, you must do this through your MBO profile.

Studio Classes

• Early cancellation: if you cancel your reservation at least 4 hours before the class. You can reuse the credit towards another class.
• Late cancellation: if you cancel less than 4 hours before the class or do not show up, your drop-in or class package will be charged. If you have an unlimited or monthly membership you will be charged £5.
• For all classes other than hot classes, if you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be admitted, no exceptions, and this will be treated as a late cancellation.
• For hot classes, the class starts at the set time and no latecomers will be admitted.
• For pre and postnatal classes, it’s more relaxed and no problem if you’re running late.
• Please always check in at front desk before your class. If you are a no-show, we will charge you as a late cancel.

Online Classes

• Early cancellation: if you cancel your class up to 1 hour before the class. You can reuse the credit towards another class.
• Late cancellation: if you cancel less than 1 hour before the class or do not join the class online. Your drop-in, class package or membership will be charged.
• Cancellations due to connection issues such as low Wi-Fi speed or a missing class invitation email cannot be refunded or credited back unless the issues occur at the studio.
• If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist and you will be automatically enrolled if anyone cancels. The waitlist closes 1 hour before the class starts.

Treatments

• We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy on behalf of the therapists. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
• The details shown on the HOME email booking confirmation and appointment reminder is the date and time for which you will be charged if you miss your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours prior to the booked appointment.

Equipment Pilates Studio

• We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you do not turn up for your session, you will be charged the full session fee.

Workshops, Trainings & Intensives

HOME Teacher / UK-based Teacher Workshops

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, no credit or refund will be given.
• If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, up to 7 days before the workshop, a 75% refund or 100% studio credit will be given.
• If you cancel with more than 7 days’ notice, a full refund or studio credit will be given.

International Teacher Workshops, Trainings and Intensives & UK-based Teacher Trainings

• If you cancel with less than 21 days’ notice, no refund will be given unless your spot can be filled. If your spot can be filled, a refund will be given less a 10% administration fee.
• If you cancel with more than 21 days’ notice, a 90% refund or 100% studio credit will be given.

Retail

• Retail items purchased at the studio, or online, can be exchanged if returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and undamaged.
• Credit on account at HOME or exchange will be provided if an item is found faulty or in unusable condition.

Promotions & Discounts

• Corporate discounts can be provided on request.
• Promotions cannot be combined or backdated.

Gift Cards

• Please protect your Gift Card — it’s a bit like cash and we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.
• The gift card will expire 12 months from purchase and will not be refunded.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If you are using a Gift Card online and the total order value is less than the value of the card, any balance will remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases.
• We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
• We reserve the right to amend the gift card and e-gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Complimentary Class Card

Eligibility & Usage

This card entitles the bearer to one complimentary group mat class, redeemable for either:

• One Yoga class.
• One Mat Pilates class.

Exclusions

• Reformer Pilates.
• Equipment Pilates, private or small group sessions.
• Workshops or Masterclasses.
• Practitioner Trainings.
• Any other services, events, or products outside of regular Yoga or Mat Pilates group classes.

Single Use Only

• This card is valid for a single use only.
• Once redeemed, it cannot be reused, reissued, or transferred.

Non-Transferable

• The card is non-transferable and may not be gifted, sold, or shared.
• Only the original bearer may redeem the card.

No Monetary Value

• The card holds no cash value.
• It may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of monetary exchange.
• No refunds will be issued in lieu of using the card.

Advance Booking Required

• Redemption is subject to availability.
• Class spaces are limited; advance booking is recommended to secure a spot.

Validity Period

• This card must be used within the validity period stated on the card.
• Expired cards will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Right to Refuse

• The studio reserves the right to refuse redemption of the card if terms are not adhered to or if misuse is suspected.
• The studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property and Right to Use

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited.

You grant to us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use any material you email, post or submit to us.

Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website or any part thereof with or without notice to you.
• Change the Conditions from time to time.
• Cancel classes in any event.

It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed.

Compliance With Laws

The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.

Limitation of Liability

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made.

We will not be liable for any economic losses, loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special or indirect losses arising out of or in connection with the Conditions.

Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.

Survival

Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable.

Law

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
