TEJAS HOT YOGA METHOD
Tejas Hot Yoga is an intelligent hot yoga method created exclusively for HOME. Classes are structured, and alignment-based, designed to build strength, mobility and focus in a safe and supportive environment. It’s cool (though hot) as it’s suitable for all levels – from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
Practised at a toasty 36-38°C (in the shade) with 40% humidity (to help you sweat) and infrared heat, classes follow a consistent full-body sequence combining standing postures, balances and floor work to improve joint function, posture and breathing capacity.
The pace is unhurried and rhythmic, allowing you to develop stamina, flexibility and mental clarity without overwhelm – or to put it another way: feel really good if a bit sweaty. Classes start and close with guided breathing techniques to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation.
“Tejas Hot Yoga is about cultivating inner steadiness and clarity through disciplined, intelligent practice. The heat is there to support the body in achieving its potential in a sustainable way. The aim is to focus the mind – not to overwhelm it.”

It’s a more alignment-based and meditative approach to hot yoga: more therapeutic, anatomically informed and focused on joint health and nervous system regulation. We also use far-infrared heat which heats the body in a different and healthier way.
Compared to HOME Hot, the Tejas sequence has fewer standing balances, a therapeutically-led sequence with more warrior postures and a greater focus on breathing and traditional yoga technique.
It’s strengthening but not aggressive. The pace is steady and structured, so most people find it challenging in a calm and manageable way.
